Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Precision Nursing ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of our website, mobile experience, and exam-prep service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@nursingprecision.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial study purposes. All content, questions, rationales, study materials, software, trademarks, logos, remains our property or that of our licensors.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or publish our questions, rationales, or other content.
• Share your account credentials or resell access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, or harass any person.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown on the Pricing page until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period and you retain access until then.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept it. Taxes are added where required by law.

Refunds are at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@nursingprecision.com within 30 days of the charge.

5. Educational disclaimer

The Service is a study aid. Passing practice questions does not guarantee passing any official certification exam, and content is not medical, legal, or career advice. Always consult primary sources and your educational institution for authoritative guidance.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing here removes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your home country or province.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
